Why Tipout exists
You pay Amazon, Apple and McDonald's every week, and none of that money ever comes back. Cashback cards pay in points you can't hold. Tipout pays you in assets you actually own, in your own wallet. The brands you spend on are public companies: if you eat at McDonald's, you should own a little McDonald's.
In an old court, the tipout was the share the servants handed back to each other at the end of the night. Here, it is the share the King hands back to his subjects.
How a claim works
- Hold at least 0.1% of the $TIP supply, bought on the pool, in a Solana wallet.
- Open @TipoutStewardBot on Telegram, set your wallet once with
/wallet, then send a receipt photo.
- A vision model reads the receipt (merchant, date, total) and a second forensic pass checks it is genuine and not reused.
- The Steward computes your refund with the rule below and picks the vault that matches the receipt.
- The vault sends the payout on-chain. You get the transaction link, and the claim shows in the public ledger.
Receipts and payouts
Receipts with promotions or credits count at the total actually paid, after discounts. Receipts older than 90 days are refused.
The refund rule
refund = min( s · V · L / n , ½ · fare , 2% · V ), L = min(Hd, 2.5)
- s: your share of the $TIP supply
- V: the value of the vault paying you
- n: how many refunds your wallet has had, this one included
- fare: the receipt total
- Hd = 1 + ½ + ⅓ + … + 1/d, the harmonic number of days held
The harmonic term rewards loyalty with diminishing returns: day 1 counts fully, day 2 adds half, day 3 a third. It is capped at 2.5, reached after 7 days, so nobody can farm it forever. When the result is under $5, it is raised to $5, but still never above half the receipt or 2% of the vault.
Bounds and checks
| Property | Guarantee |
| Vault cap | One refund is never more than 2% of the vault |
| Receipt cap | One refund is never more than half the receipt |
| Vault stays | At least 98% of the vault remains after any claim |
| Loyalty cap | The harmonic term never exceeds 2.5 |
| Never empty | After any number of claims, with any inputs, the vault is never emptied |
| No float | The payout code works in integer cents: no rounding drift, no division by zero |
The production payout code was property-tested on 10,000,000 random claims and 20,000 random multi-claim sequences before launch; every property held on every input. The test file is published with the site.
Anti-fraud and the sell rule
- Reading: a vision model extracts merchant, date and total, and flags dates whose weekday does not match.
- Forensics: a second pass looks for edits, screenshots of screenshots, AI-generated receipts and impossible totals.
- Fingerprints: each receipt is fingerprinted, so the same receipt cannot be claimed twice, by anyone.
- Age: receipts older than 90 days are refused.
Tipout is for holders, not for farm-and-dump. You may sell up to 50% of your peak bag since your first refund. Sell more and the wallet stops getting refunds. Normal trading stays free.
The Steward on Telegram
Send the Steward bot a receipt photo with your wallet address, in DM. It answers with the reading, the refund estimate, and then the transaction link. Every paid claim is also posted in the Tipout group with its link, and recaps are posted on X.
Token and transparency
| Token | $TIP |
| Chain | Solana, launched on pump.fun |
| Contract | to be announced |
| Vault funding | pump.fun creator fees, swapped into xStocks |
| Payout assets | xStocks: tokenized U.S. stocks issued by Backed on Solana, 1:1 collateralized |
A share of $TIP's creator fees fills public vaults in real stock tokens. Every payout is an on-chain transaction from one of those vaults, and this site shows the live ledger, the vault balances and the refund math.
Unaudited, early, and run by a small team. Start small. Tipout is not investment advice, and xStocks are not shares: they track the price, they do not carry shareholder rights.
